Independent Doctors

Did anyone else notice the lack of intervention by the independent doctor this week so far? There have been a number of head knocks in each game and no intervention. Blake Taaffe was almost knocked into next week with 10 to go last night and somehow stayed on the field, but there were two or three others as well. Are the NRL trying to tone it down?, or is the Doc on holidays?

"Like media stated Brown took it well, I am not sure how you would without putting on a brave face. Maybe he did at first but as you say being replaced as Hooker and riding the bench for 45+ mins would be humbling."
