t's the timing that is fishy. Given they've not disclosed the number or types of breaches and they've spent around 12 months non stop investigation of the club, I think it is fair to disclose their findings at the same time as they hand out punishment. The severity is a bit much also . Of course I saying this without all the information. Anyone connected with the past and present boards for say 10 years should be out. And sued for bringing the club into disrepute. 30 years ago this was a clause for anyone representing the club. Is it the TPAs, is it dodgy contracts, why have they not shown the club? Broncos have 10 test players playing this weekend.How can the NRL accept that they are under the cap? That is my point. I don't agree with cheating however, I don't believe Parramatta are doing it even as much as other clubs. Further, in any legal action, evidence is required to be presented and the accused has a right of reply. None of this has been afforded to the club.
