Phil and I are excited to announce that the 1 Eyed Eel platform will be rolled over in the early hours of tomorrow morning.
We have mentioned it a number of times and we are ready to migrate all of the content across and bring the platform up to date.
The updated site has an improved mobile site, allowing you to upload images directly from your phone as well as do pretty much everything you can on desktop.
Essentially the site is going to look a lot more modern whilst still retaining a familiar feel. The process for posting blogs and comments will remain virtually the same.
We don't expect the site to go down during the transition but we do expect there to be some transitional issues given the large amount of content being moved across. Just stick with us as we work to get this site running as smoothly as possible following the upgrade.
Big thanks to Fuiiiiiii who has given us a hand with this as well.
Also a good idea to keep track of your login credentials as you will need these to sign in to the new platform tomorrow.
This update should resolve some of the issues we've been having regarding comments loading and reply function not working.
