they put you on a waiting call for hour or more
when you ring up you talk to a computer for half hour
did you talk to people who don't know what you mean for half hour or more
you talk to people who you cant understand them for half hour or more
then you have to wait till someone come around to fix it for you that cant take any were for 3 to 5 working days
then they saying working when they leave it stops and you have to do that all over again but this time they say its there fault so sorry about that we fix it for you asap then you have to wait 2 days to them to fix it and when you say you wont a discount for not having no home phone and no net they say yes we will give you one but only $17 wow I had not home phone no net for 8 day and they give you discount of $17 belive in me don't get it done if I was you

You won't have a choice, but probably best to delay as long as possible - let other people deal with the teething issues.
