The thing is our juniors are neither good enough or old enough at the moment.
not sure if you've read it before but we don't have the cap room to bring in any players. What would they do anyway? In a situation like this you need experience, the young guys aren't going to drag the team out of a hole and they shouldn't be expected to. The best time to bring in debutants is when the first grade team is solid each week in result and selection, that way the debutant isn't needed to play to the best of their abilities.

I was very lucky to be at the SCG that day and saw Sterlo's First Grade debut - I was 14yo
