  not sure if you've read it before but we don't have the cap room to bring in any players. What would they do anyway? In a situation like this you need experience, the young guys aren't going to drag the team out of a hole and they shouldn't be expected to. The best time to bring in debutants is when the first grade team is solid each week in result and selection, that way the debutant isn't needed to play to the best of their abilities.

    Problem with this is our performances since 09 has not had too many ideal times.

  Cheers HKF, take a pill. Pretty sure that the NRL doesn't expect us to pick a forward as a half. So if all of our forwards were injured then we would have to pick a back up half as a prop.

  How old was Sterlo when he was promoted to the top grade?

  Here are some clippings announcing Sterlo the schoolboy's debut in 1978 semi final v Manly at the SCG

  He was 18 years, 2 months, and 21 days
