  Bit too many caps there.
  Anything is possible, but remember that we had Cronk in our grasp before, but the Storm brought in their legal team to prevent him from coming to our club.
  Whilst having Kearney may help our chances somewhat, if the Storm take that same stance, then there isn't much we can do about it.

  cronk wanted out of melbourne and he really wanted to come to parra so i think you might be right abbz and i for one would bet my house on it. just like jamie lyon i think if we can get him to whinge and complain enough we can get him earlier sooner then later but we have got to be talking to him now. i would prefer cronk to quade

  True, it doesn't make sense that players get released on compassionate grounds all the time, he just needs to say he has a relative who lives is Sydney that he wants to be near. It worked for Hannet saying he is homesick. Plus with the cap breaches and the embarrassment of forfeiting 2 grand finals i'm sure we could get some lawyers to come up with something. After all the Storm can cancel his contract for mis-conduct.
