If the Panthers are celebrating 50 years, shouldn't Parra be celebrating 70 or is that next year?

The Panthers have a 50 year logo for 2016 (1967-2016).

Manly also doing the same thing they have a 70 badge 1947-2016. I thought about this last year and honestly I think our club simply forgot and had no idea and we all know they are under extreme pressure and we have the worst run board in the NRL.

Some clubs choose to do it on the 50th season, whereas others choose to do it on the 50th year.
So whilst the Panthers are playing their 50th season, it's technically been 49 years since their inception.

Just checked. The world sevens jersey in 1997 had 50 years.
