Remember that video of Hayne at origin training curving one from inline with the side of the sticks? Plenty of time before next season for him to get that skill down.
Gordon has gone downhill with his kicking this year, not many have been made from the sideline. He just looks to be hitting the ball poorly, a lot more kicks are just pull/hooks that never have a chance. Interested to see how Gutho goes if given a chance. Think he might be a bit of a "confidence kicker" as Robinson was last year which isn't ideal either. Newcastle is pretty windy though so it won't be the best assessment of his ability (If Gordon is out).
All the names people are throwing up (Gutherson, Norman, Takarangi) are back-up kickers at best - non of these are worthy of holding the permanent gig post Gordon's departure.
"Love this one, I think we will use this design and the captains run short from this season to refresh our Home jersey for 2027. We will also have a new away too, hopefully Adidas have a look at us and produce something very special. "

Gutherson can kick goals and so can Norman. They will need some additional training though. Can Bevan French kick goals??
Hayne has also shown he can kick goals, should he come back.
We also need to start thinking about props for the future. We're still one or 2 short in my opinion.
Norman kicked a few times last year and was awful. Just lining them up you could tell goal kicking isn't something he does naturally.
