I'm interested to hear who you would like to see as the next Eels head coach? Also, when do you think the best time would be to make the move for the new coach?
I think Shane Flanagan would be the best option. I would like the decision made no later than May or June next season. I think a new coach should be given at least 6 months to get future signings and re-signings done before he starts. I think a 3-year contract for the next coach would be best with KPAs in place. Top 8 first year and top 4 after that (injuries taken into consideration). The next coach should also be given enough time to put together his coaching team. The importance of having the best assistant coaches, attack and defence coaches, fitness and conditioning coaches plus recoupment, and junior talent scout is extremely important. The Eels next coach should have no excuses.

Honestly I don't think it really matters anymore.
I doubt anyone including Bennett, Robo or Bellamey could win a premiership with Parra.
Robbo couldn't win a raffle at the pub unless Politis buys him a team . He was looking like a bottom half contender with a bunch of superstars in his squad until uncy Nick bought him. Nice shiny new player mid season .

It is irrelevant who it will be against as no matter if its the Raiders or Storm, they will be on after their win and we will be down after yet another lacklustre finals display.

We are a team destined to never win another comp it doesn't matter who coaches us may aswell keep BA least we don't have to pay relocation costs
