This means you can service loan without paying anything from your pocket then make money as house grows in coletral. Another way is to do house renovations find run down house for cheap then do a 30k Reno and sell more 100k more, if you look there is tons of those in Rouse Hill, And Moint Druitt

    Ummm those of us who live past the blue mountains still live in civilisation bricktop. There is money to be made in real estate in the country areas. We don't sit and pay ridiculous rents or mortgages for houses and when the Sydney bubble finally bursts and all the young idiots who have million dollar mortgages go broke you'll see how valuable an investment on the smaller scale becomes.
