I Support Court Action

I am backing our board to do everything possible to take this to court and clear our brand even if it means jeopardizing this season and ill tell you why.1. There has not been one shred of evidence shown that we have rorted the cap or TPA. If it is so clear why isnt this avaliable along with the person responsible for each instant? Were is the evidence?2. Why has it taken 6 years for this to come out when parra is finally looking upward again?3. Why did Todd Greenburg front our players? Go to every media outlet avaliable? Havnt heard of anything from him since he got the job, now he wants to start his term using our brand as his stepping pad.4. Why are the NRL not allowing us to play for points if legal action is taken. They want us to turn against our board and thank them for leniency. Sound like something a north Korean figurehead would do.5. How did news limited papers get so much information about an investgation that the NRL that is part owned by news limited conduct before its conclusion. To turn us against our club?6. Todd Greenburg said that an investigation like this needs a whistleblower. Why didnt the same thing happen the Cowboys when found to be buying under valued properties from their CEO or when the broncos just happened to lose $300k.7. If we have created an uneven playing field how does more then half the teams in the competion have more rep players than us? How were we one of the most unsuccessful clubs of that era?8. Taking into account percentage of cap rorting how is this as bad as the warriors of 2006 that were only docked 4 points.Im not saying the ruling is incorrect, just that something dosnt seem right and it is within our rights to have full disclosure on what actually happened and who was invloved.And if you think the NRL couldnt stuff something like this up, have a look at the judiciary they have in place or anything else they do and tell me that you have faith in their investigative or procedural nouse.Please let me know of there is anything else that dosnt seem right that should be added to this list.

  Yeh and some people just accept it. Imagine a court room being able to hand down judgement with no clear evidence shown or perpetrators proved to have links with the crime.

  Have to disagree, i think they have allot of information but not much that would stand up in court. It would be very hard to have undeniable evidence linking a person to something like this. I think they hope the overwhelling swell of disgust for what they have said they found will be enough to have everyone turn against any strong challenge to their deciaion.

  Yeah I can assure you they would have it and why the hell would they need to give the report in full to some average joe on the street they summarised there findings to us 3 mil in cap breach's 570k over this year plus evidence of underhanded cash payments that have been given to the ATO and police to review as the latter are acts of fraud and they haven't payed tax frankly people asking for a report are idiots and probably wouldn't understand a thing in it

  Although Sharp is useless dope, failed plumber and he has proven he is in way over his head, I think the NRL needs to lay all of its evidence on the table for all to see and allow the Parra fans to decide IF we have been dealt with fairly here.
  Then and only then should we storm the castle and kick out Sharp and Co. How can we get back in the black if we get rid of our board as well as decimating our squad. Let them see it through and then if the evidence is irrefutable let them go and never let them return.
  As Darks has said, this has been your classic case of trial by media.
