Come the end of the season and there are many awards that will be handed out at the Dally M Awards night.
One award that should be a given wont be and that is BA for the Coach of the year.
There has never been a year like this for any club in the history of the NRL and although i am not that old i dare say Australian sport itself has never seen a club go through so much in such a short space of time.
There are many appreciation blogs on this site for BA and all of them warranted and as seen earlier even some of his non believers have turned around.
So, depending on results it may be Shane Flanagan or Paul Green awarded this prize at years end but in my humble opinion (taking bias out of it) BA is the best coach with all things considered

especially if we end up high on the ladder (not taking loss of point into consideration), to end up high with all the crap this team has been thru and for BA to still steer this team to that position would be a great achievement.
I don't know if BA reads this site or not. But if he does, he surely must know the fans are right behind him 100% & are so happy, even during the season from hell, to have a coach that bleeds blue & gold like us. That will stick up for his players & get them to perform every single friggin week!!. Legend!!
I agree 100%, this is a real "what doesn't kill you, will make you stronger" type of season for BA, it's a rubbish situation for him as well as the coaching staff to go through but every other season after this one should be a walk in the park.
