Gals and Guys,
I have sent an email to numerous Parra Eels email addresses as to why CAAMA Radio is not broadcasting the EELS vs. Titans match in Alice Springs. The email is very straight forward. I suggest any member that is pissed off that the game is not being radioed broadcast send an email to Eels management. As fans, we should at least be able to listen to the game on the radio. See email below.

Hi,
I am a Parramatta Eels member and have been a supporter for some 50 years. I spent many a day watching the eels go around at Cumberland Oval and then Parramatta Stadium. I have been told CAAMA Radio has been trying to contact the Eels administration to broadcast the Eels Vs Titans match like they have for the last two years.
If communication with your fans has been a focus of the new administration (2 emails), you have failed at the first post.
If you do not want CAAMA radio to broadcast the game, can you at least give the fans an explanation? If so, was there any other radio broadcaster that would. Or was this a cynical exercise to get more Parra fans up to the game.
Can your loyal Parra Eels Fans get an explanation why this has happened? It is called communication.

Keep em honest Vince, CAAMA stated they tried to contact the club numerous times to no avail, will be interesting to get to the bottom of it because they have been great the last two years.
You're acting as if they promised they would stream or broadcast this game and never fulfilled. The club doesn't need to stream or broadcast this and we have been lucky in the past with them or another party doing so. I'm disappointed I won't be able to listen to it as well but them's the breaks. Follow the live tweets on twitter and watch the highlights after the game.
i was just asking a question ROn. Nothing more and nothing less
I just got this reply,

Hi Vince
Thank you for your email
The Club has investigated the claims made regarding CAAMA radio broadcast of the game and has been unable to locate any direct correspondence from the radio station regarding the game. The Club has no issue or concerns with them broadcasting the game however the Club is not been involved in the organisation or coordination of the broadcast as this is done locally.
CAAMA radios arrangements over previous years have been done through the NT Government who we understand contacted the Radio station on Thursday of this week to follow up regarding the broadcast the game. They received correspondence from the station that they would decline the opportunity this year but would happily look it for next year.
We are not privy to why they have declined the opportunity or if there was some form of miscommunication.
Again, thank you for your enquiry – if you have any further questions then please let me know
Regards
Josh Drayton
Fair enough
He went as far as to give me his mobile number so that if I had contact with the Eels regarding the game next year, they can get him directly.
I asked him on Friday morning if the Eels said yes at this late notice, would it be possible to broadcast the game. He said there was no chance they could, but would love to speak to the Eels about next year.
I'll be passing on Justin's number to Joshua and will be speaking with Justin this week.
I'm very interested in this story now of this so called investigation undertaken by the Eels.
Hahaha Josh still got a job, Tanya would be filthy.
Sixties, if you could understand, it has been made a bit clearer by the email I sent and the email Drayton has kindly sent back. It shows that it 'wasn't the club and not just pure speculation what has happened. So no it is a bit more evidentiary.
its not about the koorie people, its about geting to listen to our beloved eels live
