I don't understand how a professional team can show up and not be willing to play footy
We all have days where we half arse it but this club been doing it regularly for years.
I'm loosing faith in Ryles team is going backwards fast

Leadership Offside WE HAVE NONE. Our Golden Boy Moses could give two fucks about the team, cohesion or what is needed,
Moses cares but he can't lead as a captain
Watches his press conference. Really disappointed he did not take any accountability
Never does, never has, never will.
Until the current coach realises this, Parra will never come close to winning a comp.
1. Moses is NOT a halfback. We need to find an organising halfback/general with a good short kicking game. This halfback doesn't have to be a superstar. In the wet last night, a short kicking game would have come in handy instead of trying to run around Soufs. Clearly last night's game plan did not work... whether that is the coach's fault or our halves lack of footy intelligence.
2. Moses needs to play a running 5/8 role when we do find an organising halfback.
3. Either Assistants Nathan Brown & Sam Moa goes or we need to find a new Head Coach. Quality in our coaching department is nowhere near the standard of other teams
4. Find centres that can create opportunities for our wingers. Our wingers are OK but the inside men are not good enough. Wingers are wasted
5. Sua and Jack Williams need to be our starting back rowers. Brown and Tuivati are OK as middles and can be blooded into our forward pack. If we can land another middle, that's even better.
6. Apart from defence (big obvious one), our ruck speed needs to be a major focus for attack. To get good ruck speed, our players need to be taught how to avoid being wrestled to the ground, how to run into tackles and how to hit the deck and provide quick play-the-balls. These are simple areas that I am not seeing from the players, which suggests is not part of our coaching
All fair points Zip. I think you could make an argument of both parties, excecution from Moses and co. and Ryles coaching were the issue. But all those points Zip i think are fair.
It really irks me LB, how players aren't taught how to carry the ball and hit the defensive line to generate quick plays. Most are too upright for the collision when the situation requires a quick hit the deck and quick plays. Classic case of Tuilagi spilling the ball in contact, trying to bump off defence. We have TDS who is a great exponent of quick plays with his dummy half runs that we're not utilising.
Coaches need to watch Cam Murray. He's not about the glory of "post contact" metres or busting tackles on every carry. He is all about the situation the next guy is going to be getting the ball, against a retreating defence or creating that space for his dummy half.
Slow all over especially around the ruck.
Edwards is too tall and too slow to be slotting into dummy half.
Moses was looking like he was just making a cameo appearance before origin.
Starting to think Moses is overrated
Has been for awhile
