"Damn it HKF, I was gonna ask where did Didly Squat come from to look them up.
Next you'll say Hock isn't coming."

"I am not too disheartened by that. If we got him then great but he is 29, having a few injuries and though a really good Winger he is an average Centre. I would rather Murray Taulagi."
"Spot on, other clubs are starting to announce signings but we have signed didly squat, no didly is not a winger."
"I'm more interested in who the Eels are going to sign to replace Lomax instead of worrying about the players that don't want to be at Parra. When are we going to hear some good positive signing news or it that it"

Stood out like dogs balls tonight how much we are going to miss Peas. We would have piled up points with him playing last night
I agree about DeGois, but it was not only his delivery that was off his defence was also shit. If Peats played we win that simple. Would of rather let DeGois, feet for hands Terepo and a couple of others go and kept Peats as he is miles ahead of any dummy half that we have. DeGois is no where near like for like with Peats.
I thought that in the middle of the second half that Norman had run out of kick and attack ideas?
Not his fault, he had to carry all the play making duties but Foran out there - we win.
100%, Taka played like a wide running back rower. We only had one playmaker last night and Souths knew it. We needed an organiser out there to allow Norman to play his normal game. Extra fifth tackle options would have been nice too.If Foran is not available next week we need to bring in COrnish if he is fit and there is cap space available (not sure on his situation??)
Toutai is weak defensively and he's replacing Taka who is replacing Foran.
The whole team slides over to help the right side defense, which in turn when the ball comes quickly to the left leaves Jennings and semi covering 3-4 attackers.
Foran comes back, Taka goes to centre and our defensive line is corrected.
What it does mean is that we have a lot still to work on defensively as injures are going to happen and the second tier players need to be up to speed with their defensive reads, more so than their attack.
OK - I'll say it if the rest of you wont
I am personally OVER the Foran's cry baby antics
Bad sh1t....and I mean REALLY bad sh1t happens to ALL of us in our lives
Do we get a month off work to deal with getting dumped by girlfriend ? NO
Do WE get to hit the PAUSE button on life during a divorce ? NO
Some Sports stars have no REAL perspective on life - they are pampered and as a result can BECOME entitled
That is the case here - a dramatic OVER REACTION to a part of LIFE that WE ALL, at some point go through
.......being heart broken and or betrayed.........nobody died which is FAR worse btw
He is our captain - I expect mental toughness to be part of his personality
He gets paid MILLIONS to PLAY a freakin GAME
Deal with it Keiran and get your ass back to training and DO YOUR freakin JOB
seriously
By all accounts Foran wanted to keep on playing and the club told him to go and get right first. We need Foran long term.
If he had a broken leg would you tell him to stop being a cry baby and just play? Mental illness can be as crippling as a physical illness. Don't be an armchair doctor, just let the bloke get well so he can get back and start ripping it up for us again.
