  Apparently the laws in Queensland are different. Possession, even if only for personal use still attracts a charge of supply.

  The key is - "No conviction recorded"

  That just may clear the way for him to continue his career.

  @ eelectricians - where did you get that idea from - as far as I am aware possession does NOT include Supply.

  Supply is only if you actually pass the shit on to someone else.

   2 Separate charges.

  There is a convoluted system within the Drug checking authorities for "transporting" which is loosely implying supply.

  Think 1/2 the guys who write some of these laws sample the evidence on a regular basis.
