I've been in fine health these last two years. At the first sign of a sniffle ,I'd take some Day&Night Pills,as well as Garlic ,Horseradish &Vitamin C tablets.I'd be right as rain within 3 days at the most. This year has been different.I went and saw Stryper 3 weeks ago (a great show) and must have been infected with a devilish strain of the flu. It's really knocked me about.I still don't feel 100%.
How have you blokes handled flu season?
Or am I just getting old?

I've learnt my lesson.Next year I'll get one for sure.
You administer the salt water solution as soon as you feel a throat tingle or sniffle. Make sure you use pre boiled warm water.
Most viruses live and continue to wreak havoc at the back of the nasal passages.
Their lead guitarist missed the show as the poor bloke is gravely ill.Michael Sweet impressed the hell out of me by being one of the greatest live guitarists I've seen.Okay, fair enough they are not really my usual listening and they are big god botherers, but I really enjoyed the show. They seemed like top blokes as well. The first support band was comedy gold. They were throwing half-filled balloons into the crowd that barely left the stage then they retired "to the merch table ".
I had a flu shot about 14 years ago, got a slight flu or cold that lasted for 3 weeks and have not had the flu since, that was the one and only flu shot I had.
You seem to be in robust health Horo. But your regime of swallowing syphilitic sailor semen is too hard core for me.
I don’t condone this but it’s funny.
Re gamoto you can do better than that pahitasso
Flu shots are apparently very bad for you! Plenty of garlic, vitamin C, Horseradish etc....
