How much are the little things worth?

Firstly being at Parra Stadium yesterday to witness the first ever game was absolutely unbelievable.

As we gained supremacy over the tigpies the crowd came into the game more and more.  And this saw a few little things that caught my attention.

After scoring points in the second half and as the Eels returned to set up for the kickoff, 2 players above all others interacted and encouraged the crowd, Clint 'king' Gutherson and Brad 'taka' Takarangi.

I know that there has been at lot talk about contracts and values and this is not about money but more about a value that money can't buy.

I say that we need players like this at our club, Gutho is the more important one potentially but these blokes are what fans want and our club needs.

Good work gents and go the mighty eels

"Wouldn't mind Isaako. Nice steady Winger. Great goal kicker and is a right Winger which is the side we need. I would still try and get Taulagi from NQ. Yeah he is a left Winger but he has played right for Samoa, just feel he is the type of Winger we…"
