I am a fan of BA but I really like what he is doing with our team and he seems many players like playing for him, how long can you wait for BA to finally make us competitive again. It appears we wont make finals this year making it 2 straight years without finals football. If Para don't make finals next year I think he should be sacked. He would of had the players he wanted so no excuses. A coach can't have 3 years with no finals berth and still be coaching. Also I have heard that Joseph Paulo may be headed to the Bulldogs

More like how many weeks! His total cluelessness has cost this team any chance of finals while forcing a whacking fine in the process. Picking his mate Kelly which cost two wins & added to the second tier cap fiasco while dropping one of our best players is just beyond belief. We have outstanding juniors who he refuses to give a chance or when given a chance drops for no reason. He is a complete embarrassment & shouldn't even be given the label "coach".
I'd say that dropping Sandow has put a fire in his belly, you honestly can't say that Sandow was firing before he was dropped. Plus in the 2 weeks that Kelly was playing was 2 of our closest games all year. Kelly isn't BA's mate either, this myth was busted when we found out that Kelly wasn't even a part of the Top 25 for this year. Arthur has given a fair few juniors a crack at first grade, last year he debuted Moeroa, and Pauli from our junior ranks and then this year has debuted both Folau and Alvaro. In the past 1 and a bit years he's debuted 6 players, you can't have too much inexperience in the team.
But then again you want ZDC in the team who is playing very poorly for his age and experience in the Under 20's.
That the trouble play like playing for him not winning for him
They're part of the 6 players he's given an NRL debut over the past 2 years, didn't count them as our juniors as they came to us after their 20th birthdays.
This idea that BA doesn't give inexperienced players a go is laughable.
One thing I don't want to hear is anymore talk from Steve Sharp saying he believes BA will be a 10 year coach here. Whoever is advising him should tell him to STFU until BA starts producing the goods.
BA has to be given at least 3 years. MINIMUM. Unless we want to continue our cycle of changing coaches and not playing finals. Remarkable that next year, in his 3rd year, will be the FIRST time we are not paying past players and can actually use our cap money on our squad and only our squad. Coming 10th with a top squad of 21, not 25, was a pretty good effort. This year, we have the toughest draw (as rated by the NRL) and lost Jarryd Hayne. AND we are still paying past players. Once he has the squad he wants, and we can actually fill 25 places of the squad with good players, then judge him. Last year we had 21 top tier players, this year we probably had a few more, but currently have 11 players unavailable. We had 18 to choose from for last week's game. He has got so few options and wriggle room it's not funny. I'm sure he will be stoked when the pre-season rolls around and he no longer has the stress of not being able to pick who he wants due to cap issues. All we need is a bit of luck injury wise, we've recruited well, will sign more players for 2016 & beyond, I can't see why BA would not get past 2016 and 2017 at the very least.
