Half way througn the season and we're sitting on 16 points. In my estimation, the top 2 teams will finish on 32+, teams 3 & 4 will finish on 28-30, and teams 5-8 will finish on 24-26.
I think we will finish on 30 points.

I reckon 30 too,?That would be enough for a tro 4 position but maybe one win less than a top 2

the games v Storm and Panthets are obviously huge in relation to this
If we are as good as we think we are, and we can stay relatively healthy, there are 8 games in our last 10 we should win. The other two are against the Panthers and Storm, and both of those games are key to the makeup of the top 4. The Panthers draw is at the same level as ours. They have games against us and the Storm, and the reast they should win. The Storm sitting in third have key games against us, the Knights and the Roosters. The Knights could do us a big favour and beat the Storm. If they do that, that could also keep the Roosters out of the top 4. The Knights have key games against the Storm and Roosters.
Top 4 is key, and more important still is top 2 to get the home ground advantage.

28-30 would be a great outcome considering there's a long way to go and the type of season it is without Origin and byes. The top 6 teams will keep winning, the bottom 6 teams will keep losing, this comp isn't as even as we've seen it other years which will make the top 6 a little more competitive.
I don't mind facing the Roosters in the finals... but Melbourne is our finals bogey team so we need to stay away from them at all costs to get to the big one.
I don't know if 32 will be top two, it may be 30. Reason I say that is the longer this season goes, the more strain, especially the top teams will be under. There is no break, there is no rest on the horizon.
I'll go into this more detail during the week, but we may need to throw out what has happened in the past regarding finishes to the season.
If there are going to be sides finishing with 32 points then I reckon us and Penrith have the best crack at it given our draws.

I honestly think if we play to
our full potential and with a bit of luck with injuries we should finish on the top 2 on 32 points.
