Honestly people, how is all the talk today not about Hopgood. Everyone wants to focus on negatives from our trial yet i think Hopgood is 10 times more attention worthy. His stats yesterday were awesome while punching out 80 minutes. This guy is something special and personally, I'm more excited about his performance than dissapointed in anything from the trial.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. All NRL clubs should be plundering the Penrith NSW Cup team every year. So many quality players there that won't get immediate NRL opportunities at Penrith.

He is a talent, a worker, ball skills and goes 80. BA will bring him back to the field. We had some promising players on display yesterday but the halves and playing style reduced them to a rabble.
