Yep they're delaying as a way to kick us in the balls and justify a 12 point deduction...I suspect it'll be approved now that they have handed down their sentence.
Cheeky bastards, they delayed it because they knew of the outcome of the investigation. I mean after Denis ratted on the club. They needed us to have him in the team still so we were over still this season.
I'm not sure they are allowed to do that for the current season
