HOW can this be so - Anyone

So how can the bulldogs be in serious, and I mean from what I've heard serious cap trouble and then from what I heard today the Bulldogs are very close to be signing Sharks back Sione Katoa for season 2019 and beyond!.
 I also heard both the Bulldogs and Wests Tigers are interested in signing promising young Knights fullback Nick Meaney.

A couple of weeks ago the Wests Tigers were favourites but the Bulldogs are keen now!.
