  The laws have changed if his partner has filed a complaint with police only the police can drop the charges not the individual. He then could face possible Visa issues, if this is a game it is a very dangerous one.

    Wouldn't the Visa issues only come into play if tried to enter Australia.

  In this day and age domestic violence has to be believed first, and innocence has to be proven

    I'm not saying Semi did or did not bash his wife. It's all a bit suspect especially when as strong rumors have it:

    1) Semi doesnt want to play out at Parra

    2) Semi wants to go to Union

    3) Semi doesnt want Parra to get any compo as this would defeat the purpose of receiving more money in France

    4) All of a sudden a domestic abuse complaint from 2014 jumps out of the blue.

  I've tried to dig deeper into this and apparently the report goes back to 2014. Can this be confirmed?

  Smells a bit fishy with all the Semi drama that's being playing out for 10 days now.

  we sound like a bunch of paranoid conspiracy theorists (well I definitely do) but YES!  

  This guy is the worst advertisement for god bothering too!

  Check it:  Money hungry, skips out on contracts, bashes significant other!

  If any of this true what a disappointment. 

  Like a battered wife I keep holding out that its all a misunderstanding.

  Semi wouldn't be allowed into France, England, NZ or Japan with a criminal record.

    He would have tobe convicted to have a record. As it stands he would be able to travel to most places as a citizen of Fiji

  It's unfortunate but many women don't have the support to leave such relationships. They also tend to feel that things will get better and the abuse will stop. Others on the other hand think it's worth a black eye or two as long as there's food on the table.
