  • OK we might have been a crap footy team last year but I'm proud of the blokes that went over there, I'm watching it now and it makes me even prouder to love this club
  • Yes , Poore,Mannah,Reddy,Keating,And Pele . I was just about to write up a blog , Dean beat me to it .

    It is a proud part of the Eels culture, more so than any team in any sport in Australia . This support to the Hope Project and others like it are vital to the lives of so many . Good on ya eels !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    The EELS lead the way and have for many years . When it comes to disabled , handicapped,diseased, or just worse off than us -THE EELS CLUB CAN HOLD ITS HEAD HIGH

    PSSSSSSSSSSSSTTTTTTTTTTT ----- And ill be even prouder when they win a GRAND FINAL to top it off
  • awesome viewing.
  • somone record it on tape please;;;
    will pay cost
    cheers

    hopefully they replay it.
  • It is not only the Hope project they are involved with it is so many other charities as well,two examples I know of,my ex girlfriends son had cancer,he and his brother were invited to a Parramatta game by Country Hope where all the players made them welcome,especially Nathan Hindmarsh who went out of his way to make sure both boys and their mother had a wonderful day,was 4 years ago but still relevent today.(the young fellow is now cancer free) example two Nathan Hindmarsh had made friends with a young fellow from Tumbarumba who had a kidney disease,he invited him and his family to a Parra game and even personally picked them up from their hotel and drove them to the game and took personal care of the whole family,we are lucky to have such people involved with our club
  • to right hindmarsh legend player and legend fellow
  • This is why I love the Eels so much.

    While we may not have a Premiereship, we have the most committed, lovely and genuinely nice group of players in the League.

    They conduct themselves with integrity and grace and always recognise the importance of the community which in turn supports them too.

    This sort of stuff is why I am proud to be an Eels supporter. : ) : )
  • hindmarsh wouldnt look out of place if he was the face of nrl
  • The one day I'm not at home, and this is on.
    Anyone know if there's a replay of it?
