As Phil mentioned a few weeks/months ago:
The Dyldam Parramatta Eels have announced the signing of winger Honeti Tuha to a train-and-trial contract.
Tuha joins the Blue and Gold from Newcastle, after a solid season in the Knights NSW Cup side, including a man-of-the-match performance in the Knights’ VB NSW Cup Grand Final win over the Wyong Roos.
The 22-year-old New Zealander was also the side’s leading try-scorer in 2015, and is currently training alongside the Eels’ NRL squad for their 2016 pre-season.

Seems like he's definitely worth a shot?
Hope the kid does well. Loves an intercept and has a good fend. Love the 3rd clip? 2 on 1 and he goes in untouched.
I won't take too much from this though until I see some shots of him hitting the dunes.
Who was the last Eels player who wore headgear?
peter johnston
Peni Terepo used to wear headgear in the 20's but in first grade I think we'd have to go back to David Solomona.
Peter Wynn
I remember piggy riddel doning the head gear a couple of times.
Do we have too many outside back backups?
If we have Gordon, Semi, Taka, Gutherson and Hiku? in FG
That leaves 9 (Shulte, French, Moss, Tuha, Fuimaono, Faraimo, Morgan, Folau and Toutai) vying for 5 Wenty spots
(Toutai I think would be a top 25 player - potentially in RM cup)
I don't think we could have too many after barely being able to put together a first grade standard backline at times this year due to injury.
Maybe BA just wants to make sure that doesn't happen again?
There is always NYC for French and Fuimaono and then from there you'd probably have Faraimo and Tuha in RMC which leaves a NSW cup backline of: 1. Moss 2. Folau 3. Morgan 4. Toutai 5. Schulte
