The Eels have named an unchanged starting 13 from the squad that defeated the Bulldogs in Round 2. The only conjecture about the make up of the bench at this stage is whether Alec Bush gets the nod over Dylan Izzard. The team still looks some what brittle on the fringes due to a shortage of edge specialist backrowers but they are capable
The Warriors are always a difficult proposition but the Eels tend to match up well against the NYC powerhouse (never mind that heart breaking preliminary final loss!). In last year's corresponding fixture in New Zealand the young Eels stole victory in the final seconds with a try to Leva Li and have posted some comprehensive beatings when hosting the Kiwi franchise at Parramatta.
Parramatta have plenty of room to grow based on their efforts in the first two rounds so today will be a good test to see if they have made the necessary improvements. Feels like a real flip of the coin but I will tip us to sneak home.

Tepu-Smith starting for Raeli while Bush is retained over Izzard.
He's tall strong and has the pace to go make it.
Watch this guy closley.
He had a good game last week against the Dogs, forming a nice combination with Tui Oloapu. Hopefully they can continue to build on it.
Parra to kick off in the first half.
False start. We are stuck waiting for the game balls.
Finally we are off with a kick from Davis.
The Warriors open the game with some strong charges and get into Parra's half with a tackle to spare. They send up a wayward bomb that Davis races up to take but as it swirls to the sideline he pulls out. The Warriors attempt to bat it back but it travels forwards straight to Davis.
Simple set for the Eels in return as Dockar-Clay completes it with a shallow grubber that is cleaned up in the field of play by the Warriors.
Soft linebreak there from their #11, he cuts back from right to left down the Eels left edge and he simply strolls through some lazy defence.
The Eels scramble and bring him down and recover the ball on the next tackle, good fortune there for sure.
The first penalty of the game piggby backs Parra down the field. Shoulder charge was the infringement.
Bit of ball play at the line for the Eels via Dockar-Clay and then Tom Amone. Warriors defend well but then concede a penalty late in the tackle count for a hand on the ball.
Lovely bit of play there from French! Takes the ball down the left double pumps then steps, spins and powers to the line!
First blood for the Eels.
The conversion is unsuccessful.
Parra lead 4-0
6min gone.
Tepu-Smith takes the first run of the set, Miski then Amone are used next.
A solid carry from Fuimaono puts us over halfway and Twal surges onto the ball for a good run to bring up the last.
Dockar-Clay finds the winger again with the short kick. Good set after points, ZDC just needs to tune his kicks slightly.
