Holden cup Fullback

Am I right what I'm hearing, that Bevan French scored a hat-trick and set up 3 himself?, if so than that's a tremendous effort. Definite starter for Wenty next week, shouldn't keep him in Holden Cup if were grooming him for FG. Test those skills against older, bigger men and than maybe he'll be ready to go for FG very soon.

    Yes was watching Forty pump out the live feed and not even he could keep up with Bevan. He was a class above all on the field, and so is Forty !!!

    I'd be wrapped if they Would to put Bevan on the bench, have him play 20 minutes. B.A. believed is the right time, As Bevan is a star already.

    He has to be a certainty for Wenty next week, surely
    I doubt Schulte or Moss has shown more to keep to 1 jersey

      You say you doubt so i presume this is only what you reckon without actually seeing a wenty game ,if so dumb statement ,too many selectors on this site based on i reckon ,ive been to every wenty game and this is the big boys not kindy .i would presume he will play at wenty throughout season but wont be thrown to wolves ,i will trust coaching staff but thats just me .

    Can we keep some perspective here!fist game back against inferior opposition,and a game which included 5 personal errors. (2 forward passes,1pass over the sideline,1 fumble which cost the only try).Please make some comments after the teams top of the table clash this week against penrith,who,in recent years,have been very good at pressuring bevan and containing him.

      Good call, tigers were rubbish ,no need to. Rush him ,would have been pulverised against newcastle on saturday,hes a work in progress in the right hands !

    He's played wenty before and handled it but granted how would he go with a full year. And naming him in Wenty is no FG, yes playing against bigger guys but that's a way to get him ready for FG. And if he isn't suiting Wenty than send him back to 20's, but giving him a try will not hurt
