Hoffman to Fullback confirmed, Auva'a debut (Team List Update)

The Parramatta Eels Round Six side to take on the New Zealand Warriors at Mt Smart Stadium has been updated by Head Coach Brad Arthur.

Arthur has updated his side, with Bevan French (injury) and David Gower dropping out of the extended squad.

The Eels take on the New Zealand Warriors at Mt Smart Stadium for Round Six of the NRL Telstra Premiership on Sunday 9 April. Kick off is at 4pm NZ local time (2pm AEST).

    I'm still expecting Gutherson to play FB in defence with Hoffman on the wing, Auva'a right centre and taka inside him defending at 5/8th.

    But what do I know? I am just basing this on others saying Auva'a is not a winger.

    If gutho was playing fullback I would of put money on us to win. I'm still confident for a win but auva's to wing a bit shock but hopefully strong carries when bringing the ball back up field

    We lose today then we may go to the bottom of the table. I watched The Professor last night and they were all sniggering about the eels. Sad really.

      We are an easy target FH, low hanging fruit for a wannabe funnyman like him.  And it's totally deserved, plenty of talk so far this season and as usual it's all talk.

"LB, maybe not us against the world. I think a few other clubs and members are also supporting us. Major ramifications, irrespective of the findings and decisions of the court. It might cut down the power base of Vlandys and friends."
