Don’t know if it’s been mentioned but has anyone else noticed how prominent Parra has been in the NRL marketing #anyones game . Yes I know highest member base blah blah but gutho up front and even front n centre of pics
makes ya think the NRL would love us to go deep into the finals for a potential tigers:sharks type fairytale .... and they know Melbourne are on the nose in many ways ( cam smith ring etc)

Yes I was thinking the same thing. Although we didn't feature in the TV ads. The longer the Eels stay in the finals the more publicity the game will get, no doubt about that.
We're always front and centre for advertising. We're in the Chemist Warehouse ads, Drinkwise ads etc.
Even the fox sports finals ads feature PARRA quite a bit and ends with King Gutho dance after he scored against the dragons.
Could just be because it has been a while since we have been included in such publicity for the game and we cannot help but enjoy the love we are getting from the game.
