Remember when we got the Bulldog 4, John Simon, David Solomona, Adam Ritson. Players who were at the top of their game. How exciting was that.
But that really is the only time in the last 33 years that we transformed our team through recruiting. This would have to be the lowest ebb the club has ever faced. We can't even recruit NSW cup players. Unless the club have gotten so good at keeping secrets and have some huge irons in the fire, we are rapidly approaching bottom 8 mortgagees again. I fear, those in charge have will return us to the bad old days very quickly.

Hiroti seems to be that ok type of squad player, not good enough for constant FG but too good not to have a deal. We need a player that is going to compete with SImonsson and Russell for that right wing spot.

We were paying Waqa Blake 650k for this season.
Compared to that, Olam at 500k is a bargain.
