Hindmarsh will be back for Round 1

The Parramatta Eels have confirmed that Nathan Hindmarsh will be ready to resume playing in time for the Eel's Round 1 clash against the Dragons. In a post to the official Eels website, it was reported that Hindmarsh is soon to have the cast removed, following his off-season wrist construction, and he will resume full-training probably a week after that. "I get the cast off in mid-January, then I have a week of physio and I’m back into it,” he was quoted as saying on parraeel.com.au. “The recovery has been going really well so at the moment I’m doing everything at training but working with the ball, so I’m not far behind the other players. It was a big off-season for Hindmarsh, playing his final representative football for Australia, before marrying his long-time partner Bonnie Scott just before Christmas. Hindmarsh expressed enthusiasm for the year ahead. “I think we’ve got a great squad this year and there is a real buzz around the boys. I’m looking forward to running onto Parramatta Stadium for the first time in Round 1 with them, and a huge home crowd to cheer us on.”
