Here come the vultures

Hadleys just plugged a group who are meeting today to try and save our club . He's described it as a group of passionate Eels fans , some he's known as friends for many years and some he doesn't . Apparently they've told him they're going to form this group to " assist " in restoring our club .A big mover and shaker from the Automotive industry and other very influential businessman , some retired some not .He's then smeared our current mob again as dopes , ex politicians with no business acumen and a smashed the Lord Mayor as a bloke with 40 years in council who wouldn't know anything about running a business . Then revealed something I wasn't aware of which is Sharpys job is working at Dept of Fair Trading .So obviously one of these " passionate saviours " is Fitzy . Can anyone fill in the gaps of the rest ? I'm tipping Bill Moss is another .

  • Are you saying, high profile Parra fans have stepped in?

  • Please don't tell me ray fares who works at woolies
  • Frankie that would be gr8 halftime entertainment.

  • Who ever Ray talks up wont get far his voice is poison to Eels fans these days...

  • Daddy Guru on 7 morning news as calm as a scene taken from an advert for a awareness movie called for the directors to stop fighting & stand down, rather than waste the clubs money on lawyers.  He certainly looked totally at peace & serene, bald head shinning in the suns reflection, had the interview gone any longer would have had to put my sunglasses on inside.

Sadly one of the factions is being out adding to the scene, member of the Spags group.  The interesting thing though, nothing was mentioned on 7, nor on the 9 sports segment about the NRL saying the eels will be playing for points against Souths, cap issues aside.

Only thing close to it was the NRL is going to fast track Choc's paperwork,  The insurance was said to be contingent on career ending injury.

  • I heard Kayne West wants to buy out Parra...

    That would be good! :|

  • Wonder if his '000s of dollars worth of meat trays apparently never supplied appeared in the investigation ? Lol an insurance fraudster giving advice on morals .
  • Is Ben Smith is having another tilt? Or maybe we can get that guy that tried to organize the protest outside Parra town hall?

"De Belin will do a lot of the clean up work, the 3rd man in for our defence. Hopgood is now not alone in that area. He will not be flashy but he will definately do his job."

"positives are Loiero is out. That is a big piece of their middle, he does a lot of clean up work in defence, tightens up the attack. No Katoa and they are umming and arring whether to play Ativalu Lasati or Joe Chan on right edge.
