HELP PLEASE!

 I'm not sure if anyone will be able to help me or not. I guess i'm looking for someone that knows motorbikes. I am trying to find out what type of bike this is in this picture. Unfortunately this is the only picture I have. Thank you in advance for anyone that can help.
