At the start of the year it was exciting to hear that if you couldn't attend a game, you would be able to let someone else take your seat and all they had to do was print a ticket, you didn't need to give them your pass. This was in addition to the Seat Warmer Program that they had last year.

But I've looked everywhere on the Membership site and Parra Eels site and I can't find anywhere to do this.

The only thing I can find is in the 'Terms and Conditions' where it states:

'The introduction of Ezy Ticketing will allow members to print a replacement ticket at home by logging into their member account.'

I can' see anywhere to do this in my member account.

Can anyone help me out?

  • Stupid question but can't you just give him your pass?
    • He lives 2 hours drive away

  • Contact Daniel at membership he will put you on the right track

  • Just call the club.

    • Yeah I thought about that but I was turned off by this:

'If you require a replacement ticket on game day, a paper ticket can be provided for a $5 reprint fee via Gate F at Pirtek Stadium or Box H at ANZ stadium upon presentation of appropriate photo ID.'

  • Thanks for the help guys! I'll call the club.

I thought it would be a lot easier than calling the club, especially as it was part of an announcement at the start of the year.

    • It's a new feature so there will be headaches early on. Calling the club is your best bet
  • Didn't hear back from the club regarding this :(

    • Call them again mate, it's game day tomorrow, hopefully they'll be around.

  • Tried 3 times today.

Kept going through to an answering machine where I left my details.

But you have a point on wasting time as the longer we wait the closer we are to 2027 and need to set up the roster."
