Not a great buy . As I said before the version from 2016-2019 was one of the best in the world let alone nrl . Schemer - deft kicking game and game manager . However , the slide has arrived and it misses no one. Just ask Jonathan Thurston in his final season ..
Sort of feels like Parra of old, signing an aged player past his bestjust to say theyve signed someone. I hope im wrong and he turns out like Jason Taylor did for us. But im not sure I like it.

I thought it was a woefull idea, but a couple of days was talking to a mate whos opinion I rate (not a Parra supporter) who lives and breathes footy 24/7 and he reckoned it was a good move. Reckons he has been poor recently because of the toxic environment at Canberra, said something like "watch him come back to his best in a decent team".
I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now. Would be nice if he was 2 or 3 years younger than what he is. Would be happy if they could fuck Mahoney off now and get Hodgo here for '22.
