  Do we get Noel Cleal back? He has parted company with Canterbury. He knows football. Any other suggestions out there??

  A massive no to Cleal, he is yesterdays man and left the club previously under a bit of a cloud
  
  The job description is not scouting etc, it is admin and player manager related , not sure that it can't be handled by Peter Sharp , but that's just my thoughts . We need a cool head, and the ability to provide calculated responses to managers demands and an ability to work with the senior coach relating to targetted players and at the same time oversee the imbos currently in control of the junior league .

  A report I saw a week or so back in one of the papers mentioned the actual position is being reconsidered as to whether its needed or not. A decision as to its future and likely any appointments will be made after the arrival of the new CEO, Bernie Gurr in October, doubt if it will announced until November, likely at earliest when the New training season commences
