What's the happenings with him you see picks of him at training he wasn't named in the trial
Is he injured again? I know he activated a clause to stay. His injuries definitely destroyed his potential i wonder what if any future he has with the club?

I mentioned in another thread... maybe he is higher in the pecking order than we are aware and will play next trial!!
or maybe he is just injured or the lowest in pecking order.
It amazes me how a bum like Dunster was handed an option in his favour.
Thank God they are trying to do away with these stupid options.
It's my guess that you won't see Dunster in 1st grade unless there are a monumental amount of injuries.
You might be right... but it amazed me that Sam loizou is above haze in the pecking order?
It was a mutual option. So even if one party says no, if the other side says yes to activate then it needs to be obliged by and in some cases salary is different depending on it. Shaun Lane had same option.
My point being, someone of Dunster's limited talent and ability should never have had an option in his contract.
I have never been a Dunster fan either BEM, but you may remember when he scored that try from a spectacular pick up and we were short on upcoming Junior players, he got the big wraps.
At his point he was protected to the point of being lost. I suspect that Blaize had similar type's of wraps and again I think we agree he is totally overdone in the theme of his process.
I still cannot imagine us having Blaize in the current structure we have and him getting a first grade gig and us paying 500k.
I cannot wait to someone at Penrith looks at Blaize and realises he has no "real"pace and is a turnstyle in defence. This maybe already apparent from the pre season. Of course he could have put on 5 metres of pace and taken defence lessons from Dyllan Brown and is a total new player.....I reckon Ryles is thanking his lucky star's he doesn't have place him into a side. Would he make Cup as a 5/8......mmmm.??
I know a trainer who used to be one of our trainers who singled Dumpster out years ago as an emerging talent. He said he was the pick of the litter when he was coming through. How that stands now has obviously changed due to injuries, but the kid was once regarded as hot property . Id say the people behind the scenes would know more than us mere mortals so that may be one of the reasons mate.
Then again , these same people are the ones handing out player options like Ploppa hands out boiled lollies down the local Timezone .
LOL, do they still have Timezone's?
Interesting you referred to yourself as a mere mortal Wiz, I have always rated you as a God, of course I know some see you as an Idol at least. I remember that trainer, he told me he thought Dumpster was the worst of the chosen, sort of of second level Blaize.
" That trainer " was recently in the media for all the wrong reasons.
Oh, and yes they still have them. Are you walking around with your wig on back to front ? However it does seem even Timezones are too embarrassed to say they're in Brizzy and trade under IPlay in some venues.
In his last game before that injury, Dunster ran for 200m and broke 7 tackles vs Penrith in that 8-6 semi-final. He was 22 years old. We re-signed him after that and then he got injured in the first trial the following year. His athleticism left him along with his powerful missus.
