He has to much class to play on the wing. I would move Blake to the wing and Perham to centre. But that wouldn't make much sense given we have Opacic as well. I don't think it would be the worst idea to give Naiduki a long run. Hopefully it was just nerves making him drop the ball. But he has high potential and would really help coming from our own end. While Russel has looked the better player in the trial, I think we would be too dependent on Blake to give us meters from our back end. Simonson has good tackle breaking ability but he runs sideways most of those runs.
I'd be happy with Waqa on the wing. What we need is a big body to come out from our own end , catch his bombs and stay on his f$&@? Wing in defence. The other boys are raw but are better centres .
Subjectively I think Russell at this point in time looks a better proposition than Perham.
That said it is not a case for a wish list as I said fecitiously on Sunday that the St Geoerge No 25 (Big Fijian winger) was the best winger out there. Simmonsson aside who I think is all class.
Oates & Isaako are seemingly available Peira is not.
I have always been a fan of Fergs and I cannot say that even if he was available it would be a good choice. Not sure how much negative he carried with his positives.
Oates would be the best choice because he would be available past year one, not sure how much he would cost, but you would not want to go past 300 given he is looking at Reserve Grade at the Broncs this season. Not sure how much he is on but maybe Broncs may have to pay a few dollars if they want him out. Isaako is a talent and to be frank I agree with Snake that either Oates or Isaako are step ups over Dunster who is a limited player in the guise of a modern day winger, promising as he is.
EA that doesn't make sense, we have a player with too much class to play on the wing, so we leave him in second grade?
Personally I don't see the love for Perham like some on here, Grunt's say on this blog that he reminds him of a young Hayne, Hello Hayne was scoring length of the field tries and doing amazing things when he was 18......I haven't seen Perham run more than 30 metres to score a try or break the line once on a kick return?
I hope he improves enough to become a FG player.....he isn't quite there yet as a second grader.
He won't be playing FB anytime soon considering we just re-signed the Mick Jagger of the NRL to play there until he's 45 . Any hope we had of a fast young kid coming in and lighting the squad up from behind is dead barring an injury which isn't ideal with 800k tied up in Clint Jagger.
Personaly if I'm Arthur I'd have let Jagger sail off into the sunset with all his big offers he apparently was considering for 6 months , prepped one of the Hayzes to play FB in 2023 during 2022 and threw the chequebook at Mahoney . But I'm not Brad and we didn't . Maybe in hindsight now with Dunster injured everything will come up Milhouse , but I still think we let the wrong doofus walk.

Can you repeat that Wiz, we didn't quite get it the previous 1001 times you have said it..... and talking about grubs how dare that bastard make a phone call during a trial game....he has nothing to offer us after that insult.....Uh'mmm wait a sec I can remember him trying his guts out in nearly all the games he has played for us....obviously past it now!
Let's get someone else? who was that again Mahoney....but wait he left...didn't he?
"Yeah and they made us travel alo......oh wait no we travel the least of any team in the comp. Plus have 14 games at Commbank overall. Plus looking at it as it is based on last year finish the last 6 weeks with only 1 top 8 team, 3 of the games at…"

I would be asking broncos about Jordan Peirara or Corey Oates.
Pereira just signed with Brisbane. Unlikely they immediately release him.
Wouldnt you rather some class on the wing then Russell and Naiduki who are extremely raw?
