"Sanders defence in the halves is actually better than Hands. NSW Cup stats would back this statement up as well. Hands is actually a poor defender in the halves. He is barely cup quality in cup. Hands is an out and out hooker in my opnion."

Who would know? What are our other options?
I was really impressed with Ben Roberts on Saturday. He played well and was very solid on the fringe with his defense.
It would be interesting to know how all the pieces fit together when we have Hoppa and Folau.
roberts is a good player but is not consistent 1 day he's good n 10 he's not i reckon get rid of him n sign sum1 bettr?
I reckon Stuart will keep Hayne at fullback because he gets great things from him when he plays origin. Even when Hayne plays origin on the wing, Stuart still gets the best from him.. he runs inside, his hungry for the ball.
I don't buy this argument.
You take someone who has never been trained to play in a position, arguable the most demanding position on the field, and throw him there with a bunch of players he's never played with, AT REP LEVEL, and expect him to fire?
Bloody THURSTON, who has played in the halves all his life, has stumbled making the switch from 7 to 6. He's not only played in the halves from day dot, but he had 6-9 months of preparation before making the switch. Hayne's repeatedly just been tossed into the halves for the odd game.
I don't, in any way, consider the 'Hayne in the Halves' experiment done, and I won't until he's had a full off-season with a halves coach, and a good half a year of first grade in the position.
Well said Tom!!
He will either move him or change his style to a more traditional fullback role.
u got a point chris i reckon put hayne at no6 i think he will blitz dat position n for carney for nsw was absolutly non-existent n for mitchell pearce he was even shittr dan carny. ''Hasta ''lavista''
