Hayne Out For 4 Weeks

Jarryd Hayne has been ruled out for up to 4 weeks due to a tear in his ankle ligaments, suffered in Wednesday night's Origin decider. However, an early return has not been ruled out if his recovery progresses well.

I know we need Jarryd back but ankle injuries are a pain in the arse. They take a long time to repair and then stabilise. Hopefully Jarryd's recovery goes well and we see him back in action soon.

3-4 Weeks he says and a picture of his slow progress

  • No need for him to return our season is over and 2013 not looking good either
    • I've got a good feeling about 2013, we'll defintiely be more competitive next season.

    • hayne should have pulled out wednesday night , after a injury in the warm up, silly stuff, surely ricky never knew.

with the amount of games to go, do you think hayne will be back this season, there must be huge doubt?.

also only the die heart eel fans would say parras season is not over, its over.

and by letting sk coach on with anderson,2013  may look not that well too.

maybe the board may be voted out come december , its a real chance with sk success rate, and ray hadley gunning for the board , a real fitzy supporter too,.shit will hit the fan it seems.

  • Really mate we are loosing our captain and our highest point scorrer we are getting the spoob this year and next.
    • agree under SK 2013 will be just as bad

nothing will change until we make some management changes to the team, coaching staff needs an overhaul, they have had every chance to succeed and have shown very little

      • Got rid of most of the coaching staff and brought anderson sk is really on his last chance we have better imprive or the ciaching staff the trainers and board will be out the door
        • exactly SK is calling the shots and things are very bad

    • What I mean is that hopefully SK gets the boot and Jason Taylor is brought in. Things will start looking up if that happens.

  • We'll get done by 20+ on Sunday.
