Was reading somewhere (cant remember where now, I'm blaming old age...) that we have also signed simon wolford to the coaching staff. It said he will be our talent and recruitment guy and will coach the flegg side. Has a good coaching track record apparently as well it said. Has anyone esle heard anything?

Done deal great addition
His coaching at Huddersfield was fine without being spectacular but is great with juniors, another "average head coach but great eye and assistant". Again nothing wrong with different voices, you can have too many new ones but these are not main assistants they in the background and can offer when asked, Kidwell, Murphy and Carr are still BA's right hand men with Ennis, McGregor and Woolford offering support and/or opinions on juniors and team performance here and there.
i like the 3 additions to the coaching taff, Ennis especially. I was never a fan of his while he played, but i do enjoy his commentry and analysis of the game. i think he will add alot to the club, and to reed should he re-sign. Or he could be an excellent mentor to a newly established hooker is reed goes.
I think the big thing with Ennis is he tells it like it is, last year he used to give us scathing remarks about out attack, now he can say that to BA and BA can reflect.
Well think how many people Bellamy has on his staff, over 30.
I think the Eels management have finally realized that chasing the collision & front loading wasn't going to ain them a comp
The first thing Arthur will ask Ennis is, What did you say to Hindy ???
We do need some mongrel in the team to get under the skin of oppersition players and let's face it, That was Ennis in his playing days.
Attitude is so important.
Pretty sure Hindy said it was kind of a build up of sledges over the years, and Ennis just asked if he wanted to go, so Hindy stepped up and threw the first punch.
