  yer ossie is a dickhead he released that statement way to earlly only to raise our hopes. he should of only sent it if he was nearlly 100% positive we would of got the signings we were after.

  To be honest, I think it's too hard to definitively identify the exact signing/s that Ozzie was referring to in that email, but at this stage, it would seem that Walker is the only official referenced signing in that case.

  This is the kind of mismanagement that typifies our club at the moment! Our entire recruitment / retention program has been played out in a media circus and Osborne in particular has made comments to the press which now appear to be palpably false!
  
  Look how quiet the Bulldogs have been, yet look at how many quality players they have signed! Osborne's made a huge racket to the television and print media and who have we signed?? Carl Webb, Jordan Atkins and Chris Walker!!
  
  If Osborne wants to boast about anything, perhaps he should posit that, in his and the coaching staff's opinion, we have a good pool of talent already at the club and some key junior signings are expected to yield results over the next few years.
  
  We embarked on an ambitious crusade for a marquee halfback but a Cronk or Thurston don't grow on trees! Osborne would have done well to keep quiet until after an announcement was made, and perhaps WE shouldn't have been expectant.

  i believe Tahu is still not signed. he was told to train preseason and then they would discuss his future. i'm guessing he's having a sooky lala about it and feels mistreated.

  In the Member email it Said 1 Signing Possibly 2. Tahu was In the names that are listed as Signed. As for the One Signing Since the email it is Chris Walker. Everybody Else is Signed. You are all saying Its Ossie Fault in Recruiting. As I recall we had a Coach and He had big plan in Signing players. He Since has Gone. I have Faith in SK. He Will Sign Players.

  it was a ploy to get members to renew as after 2010's effort on the field they were worried that they would lose a lot members that jumped on the 2009 bandwagon. It will comeback to bite them as this ploy will only work once.

  sk better than da, why?? IMO
  - it's no secret the players are being put through their paces like never before and put on notice. the players walked all over anderson, and there was nothing he could do about it.
  - da after 2 years of coaching virtually the same squad stated he was still trying to find the right style of play for the team. lol?.
  - u ask what has sk achieved in the NRL? what has da achieved in the nrl that hasn't ended in tears? sk has at least got a WC to his CV and a few four nations titles.
