I don't think a new coach will fix these either. I think they've held on to some players too long and recruited poorly in key positions. But on top of that their unconventional game plan is just vomit and it's not changing at all.
Des will be sacked imo.

I saw their win against the Warriors and it was a bludger of a match. I wasn't convinced. I don't think anything has changed from last year.
The Dogs have over achieved in the past 2 seasons. If they finish above 12th this year, they will have over achieved once again. They have the worst spine in the comp, there #9 has zero spark, there #7 is a running centre with no direction and a park footballers kicking game, there #6 is the most over rated player in the comp and he runs further across field then he does forward and there regular #1 (not on sundays) is slow and predictable.
