No. It's disappointing not having him back, but the guy is one of the best Parra has ever had and carried us for many years. It's pretty quick how some people forget that.

We were in no position to sign him, and had no where near the extra 400-500k / season..
He could of approached the club, but didnt. However, it's our inept board and their wrongdoings that have put us in this position.
i think, in the grand scheme of what has happened, we are now in a better position to strengthen our roster across the park.

I agree. In fact if we had Hayne taking up $1M each year I reckon one of French, Gutho, Semi or Norman would have moved on in a year or two. At least now we have the money to keep all of them. Still need to sign Norman ASAP.

PLEASE Eels fans, no matter how much you are tempted please do not watch a single game Hayne plays for the Titans. Regardless if we are better with or without him we can't add to the TV ratings. It's time for Eels fans to take a stand. The NRL has taken too much from us this season so as a fan base we need to rub Hayne out of everything we do. Don't watch him, don't comment on news sites about him, Just cut him off & lets all let him know how much we miss him by completely ignoring anything he dose. Eels players deserve our attention & everyone else can get stuffed. He lied to us while we followed him around the world doing whatever it was he did then he plain shat on us in a very cold manner. If he ever dose want back I truly hope all us fans unite to block him from returning. We have been lied to by our ex board, we have been lied to by the NRL, we have been lied to by the media & now we have been lied to by Hayne. There is one person we can trust. IN BRAD WE TRUST.
The bloke hasnt been with us for 2 seasons. Its not like he was here this year then has gone while under contract.
He hasnt even played a full game in this time and the Warriors will target him for sure. They be stupid not too.
