  • apparently he is a 75% chance of playing
  • He'll be good.
  • also take into consideration he will have a medical staff there to speed up his recovery best they can. He will recieve the best treatment available. He will be right.
    • ...AND the fact he is only 20... he'll recover quickly.
  • yep got same thing playing soccer. copped knees to side. was pissing blood for a day or so but played gf the following week. it's like a cork just in an aera that affects total body movement. with right treatment and depending on severity, i'm sure he'll be ok
  • Had a similar injury , played halfback , 2 ways to view it , its painfull but you can strap up heavy and have shots b4 and at halftime and battle it out ( the risk) , or you rest it and give it two weeks to let it settle and do light training the first week and build back up to speed for grandfinal (80mins)

EITHER WAY - IT IS A LOSS ,But the skill depth and determination the eels have in 2009 , he is young i would rest him and let the fit team do the job for this one , mateo has played kimmorley many times hes up to the challenge.

bring a fit mortimer into the grandfinal
