I am starting my 30 day challenge tomorrow with my crossfit gym, simply the diet is just a menu of natural foods not man made shit, If anyone has done this before I am interested to hear what your thoughts on it are and if you were happy with your results

  • Is that the green juice and raw food diet. If so I'm on week 3.

You will get a headache after 3 days as toxins leave you body but your energy levels will go through the roof.

Your shite will go almost fluoro green after 2-3 days and you will loose any bloating.

Make sure you see a dietician so you get all the nutrients and vitamins and minerals you need.

There is an online shop called Conscious Choice you can get supplement from that are all organic.

    www.conscious-choice.com/

    • You hve to eat certain seeds and vegies, fruits etc and meat and cut down portion sizes and eat at the right times, im pretty excited but the hardest thing for me will be no alcohol fot the 30 days lol
  • I have done kinda same diet, but its called the DOLCE DIET... It was originally a mma fighters diet, but has now gone world wide. Im a personal trainer and can vouch for this diet. I shed heaps on Dolce diet.

Most of these diets are on the same principal ""eating clean""... meaning, all fruit/veges/fish/chicken/ meat/eggs etc... small amount of dairy.... no processed food.

  • How good is Crossfit training, that is my specialty... I do it on the side, i still have a fulltime job.

I have a huge home training area where i train people... I have the huge tyre for tyre flipping, i have the big rope etc etc

  • Yeah sounds similar but you will feel great afterwards and will probably want to continue. I had to cut out the smokes as well. Basically I blend all about five pieces of fruit for breakfast but it has to include grapefruit etc to reduce the acid levels in your body. 800mm

I then have mixed raw nuts, raw Almonds soaked in water for morning tea. 1 cup

Massive Salad with chicken breast or Smoked salmon, blueberries, goji berries and seeds for lunch

A concentrated juiced green raw vegetables 1000mm. You do this in a slow juicer and it removes most of the fibre. Givers you a massive amount of energy. you can put raw beetroot in as well. Tastes like shite if you get it wrong.

As much steamed green veges as you want for dinner with olive oil dressing.

There are heaps of different seeds like flax seeds you can have for snacks.

No bread but. After all the healthy stuff you probably won't feel like beer.

Do some strength and resistance training in the morning and 6pm and you will feel great.

  • I just weighed myself and was 113.7kg will report back after 30 days and let people know the difference
  • I once ate a whole buffalo.

  • Social Blog HM.

FYI green juice doesn't come in a Port Bottle

  • hahaha i'll send you a picture

  • Jamesy likes 2 points for Morgan tonight

Just saw a report saying RTS is looking for a return to a Sydney club to play another 2 years or so. With Warbrick joining the Wahs he will not be staying in NZ. Be a great addition

"There should only be 2 nominees - Thornett and Hayne.
Both great in their own way but The Mayor was easily the better fullback.
Hayne could earn a spot as utility off the bench due to him being fantastic in other positions.
Taylor, along with Levy,…"
