  • Without them we are not here

  • What a great Anzac Day it's been - as usual.

Big crowd turned up at our Dawn Service - from near newborns thru to vets and seniors that had been there when WW2 was finally declared over.

Magnificent tradition and the most important day on the Australian and New Zealand calendar.

Big thank you to all our awesome service men and women - past and present.

      • Agreed Pops and Snake. Things have got v sad.

Today makes me feel better for the Services who protect us; central coast dawn service is good.

We hope those who govern us do so in the same respect the Anzacs and co did and currently do; but the politics has PC’d too much in this country...sad.

    • Miranda Devine wrote a good piece in the DT this morning on Pg 13. She singled out the banks and financial institutions over how they tried to bully the government over "Same sex" marriage and inclusiveness, wanting the Gov to pass it thru without even a plebiscite. Also basically threatening to sack employees who did not fall in line with their PC philosophies and inclusiveness. All this while at the same time they were ripping off customers who went to them for advice.

Was a very good article. Outlining virtue signalling at its worse.

      • Doesn’t surprise me at all mate; grubs and bullies
