To think half the site went into meltdown by missing out on signing the next great coach in Ciraldo. I think they're actually playing worse than when TB was head coach. I think I'd rather be in our position than theirs, that includes the next 3 years as well.
The only good footy they've played in 5 years was under Mick Potter but the great Gus didn't think he was good enough.

It seems they may becoming good and reap the benefits of these signings after 4-5 years, when Mahoney's deal end LOL. We could be a better team than last year, wonder if he is happy with his decision? I mean an extra 150k a year i bet but is it worth it? He will never play for QLD in this team.
I thought they would be better, maybe scraping into the 8, though questioned their depth. Turns out that's their problem. Now they have Crichton on big money and still do not have a 7, their depth will stay the same unless their junior base turns into Penrith's overnight.

there were plenty on here saying last year that the dogs would definitely finish ahead of us this year. I'd say it was the popular opinion. I expected them to finish bottom 4. I rate sides purely based on their spine. For that reason I also didn't rate the roosters this year.
