For me, 2 captains on the field need to be very much attuned to the direction of the game and its flow having a back and a forward is essential in a dual role, and ideally both are 80 minute players. Gutho has been progressing well as far as his role is concerned but who should be the other one?
Out of the current squad of forwards, I would be looking at Brown as the candidate, he leads by example which is a #1 need, he needs along with Gutho the other Cap, to be able to learn how to approach the refs and earn their respect, that must also be seen as a priority need and that will help in earning the refs respect.
Gutho does for captaincy what Rolf does for modern art.
